This page describes the website management methods applied to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. It is an informative notice that is also issued in compliance with art. 13 of Italian Legisl. Decree no. 196 of 20 June 2003 – Personal Data Protection Code – to those who interact with accessible Web services telematically starting from the address: www.ricamipuntoart.it.

DATA PROCESSING SITE
Data processing related to the Web services of this website is carried out at the head office of the Company, which is the Data Processing Authorisation Holder, and shall only be performed by employees, collaborators or persons appointed to carry out data processing, or by any persons appointed to carry out occasional maintenance operations. No data resulting from the Web service shall be either communicated or disseminated. Personal data provided by users who forward requests for informative material shall be used for the sole purpose of carrying out the service or duty requested, and shall be communicated to third parties, if this is necessary for said purpose (see chapter “Data providing option”)
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data
The IT systems and software procedures assigned to website function acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data, whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Said information is not collected to be associated with identified parties but, by its very nature, might allow to identify users through data processing and the association with data in the possession of third parties. Said data category includes IP addresses or the domain names of computers used by users who connect to the website, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response provided by the server (successful outcome, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operating system and IT environment of the user. Said data are used only to obtain anonymous statistics on the use of the website, and to check its function. They are deleted immediately after being processed. Data might be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes that damage the website.
Data intentionally provided by the user
Optional, explicit and intentional forwarding of e-mails to addresses indicated on this website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to respond to the requests, and any other personal data entered in the letter. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the website allocated for special services on request
DATA PROVIDING OPTION
Apart from the above specifications for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data that is entered in the request forms or, anyhow, indicated in contact established to send reminders about the dispatch of informative material or other communications. Failure to provide said data might make it impossible to comply with the request. To ensure exhaustiveness, it must be said that in some cases (which are not the focus of the ordinary management of this website) the Authorities might request news and information pursuant to art. 157 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 to control personal data processing. In such cases the reply is mandatory under penalty of an administrative sanction. ‘Username’ and ‘Password’: if you are requested to choose a ‘username’ and a ‘password’ to access reserved sections of the website, it will be your responsibility to keep said data confidential and to immediately communicate their use on the part of unauthorised persons.

COOKIES
Cookies are not used for user profiling.
